For the past 2 weeks I have had the worse insomnia. I keep waking up around 1 - 2am and then cannot for the life of me settle back into a sleep. I just seem to lay there, tossing and turning, and having the weirdest dreams.
I thought maybe it had to do with the glucosamine tablets I have been taking to help with my back problem (which by the way is helping immensely), because the insomnia seems to have started when I started taking those tablets.
I've searched for possible side-effects from taking glucosamine but there doesn't seem to be any other than diarrohea if you take too many. No problemo's there lol
So who bloody knows??? All I know is that I haven't had a decent sleep for 2 weeks and I am a walking zombie, moody and SICK TO DEATH OF IT!!! This Aussie chick does NOT function well on a broken sleep. Any suggestions are most welcome :)
